- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) has a requirement for a stand alone one piece CMOS Black and White High Speed Camera. It must be capable of being transported and operated by one person both with and without a computer. It shall be of sturdy one-piece construction with the camera head incorporated in to the processor. The specifications for the camera will be defined in the solicitation. The Government intends to award this requirement on a competitive basis under FAR Subpart 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) N00167-07-Q-5194 is anticipated to be issued on or about July 16, 2007 and can be accessed via the following websites: http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ or https://www.neco.navy.mil/. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS is 421410 and size standard is 100 employees. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered by the agency.
