- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, San Diego (FISCSD) Seal Beach Division intends to negotiate and award a contract to Northrop Grumman Systems, Corp to provide the electronic calibration procedures to support the METCAL program. Northrop Grumman is the developer of the software who possessing proprietary software licence the maintainer of the existing database to support the Marine Corps METCAL program. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. This notice is for information only. It is neither a request for proposals nor a solicitation of offers. Interested source may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the government in future requirements Response to this notice not required.
