Description
The Contracting Department, Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC), San Diego, CA intends to negotiate an Indefinite Delivery Requirement type contract with Firm Fixed Price provisions and will utilize procedures under FAR Part 13.5, ?Test Programs for Certain Commercial Items? (Clinger-Cohen). The contractor shall provide hardware and software maintenance services for NPS Monterey computer network equipment and network management software. The period of performance for the resulting contract will be for 01 October 2007 through 30 September 2008 to include options for two (2) additional one-year periods. This procurement will be 100% Small Business Set-Aside. A complete RFQ package will be available on or about 9 July 2007. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 811212. Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at th e above site; THIS OFFICE WILL NO LONGER ISSUE HARD COPY SOLICITATIONS. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PROSPECTIVE OFFEROR TO REPORT ANY DOCUMENT DOWNLOAD PROBLEMS TO NECO; THE CONTRACTING OFFICE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR NECO DOWNLOAD ISSUES. By submitting an offer, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the CCR database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States.
