- The Contracting Department, Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC), San Diego, CA intends to award a contract for installation of horizontal and vertical carousels with follow-on maintenance services using procedures under FAR Part 13.5, ?Test Programs for Certain Commercial Items? (Clinger-Cohen). The maintenance services shall have a one year period of performance to commence upon acceptance of the installed systems by the Government. This procurement will be 100% Small Business Set-Aside. A complete RFQ package will be available on or about 9 July 2007. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 337127. Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above site; THIS OFFICE WILL NO LONGER ISSUE HARD COPY SOLICITATIONS. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PROSPECTIVE OFFEROR TO REPORT ANY DOCUMENT DOWNLOAD PROBLEMS TO NEC O; THE CONTRACTING OFFICE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR NECO DOWNLOAD ISSUES. By submitting an offer, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the CCR database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States.
