- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE WYANDOTTE / SOUTHGATE / RIVERVIEW, MICHIGAN This advertisement modification is being issued to extend the response date for interested parties from June 22, 2007 to July 16, 2007. The United States Government seeks to lease Office Space consisting of approximately 10,970 rentable square feet of contiguous space, preferably on the ground floor, in Wyandotte, Southgate and Riverview, Michigan. Offered buildings should be compatible with their surroundings and must offer professional office space that is easily accessible, highly visible and located in a prime commercial/business (non-industrial) area. A minimum of forty-six (46) parking spaces must be available for use by employees and visitors. Satisfactory public transportation must be available within 3 blocks of the space offered. The building must be located within the following delineated area: South: Eureka Road North: Sibley Road West: I-75 East: Biddle Avenue The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, ten (10) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than February 2009. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized.
