- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space Sherman, TX The United States Government seeks to lease Office and related space consisting of approximately 10,355 rentable square feet in Sherman, Texas. The space must be located within the City Limits of Sherman, TX. The space should yield approximately 9,004 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The proposed lease is for 10 years, 5 years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than December 1, 2007. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. A minimum of 6 surface parking spaces is required. Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing no later than July 11, 2007, and should include the following information: street address and building name, if applicable; square footage offered, name, address and phone number of individual to be contacted; and evidence of authority to represent the owner.
