- Description
- Commitment of passenger and/or cargo aircraft resources to the Domestic Services Section of the National Civil Reserve Air Fleet (CRAF) Segment from 1 Oct 07 or date of award if subsequent thereto, through 30 Sep 08, and includes a not-to-exceed 6-month performance extension as authorized by FAR 52.217-8. Contractor shall provide representatives to attend the Mobilization Representative (MOBREP)/Technical Advisory Group (TAG) meeting. Aircraft must be suitable and operationally capable of performing domestic (Continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii) Department of Defense passenger and/or cargo airlift. To be eligible for award, offeror must hold a certificate of convenience and necessity issued under Section 401 of the Federal Aviation Act of 1958, possess an air carrier operating certificate issued by the FAA under Federal Aviation Regulation Part 121, and meet CRAF Program eligibility requirements. To be awarded a contract under this solicitation, prospective offerors must satisfy all DOD Commercial Air Carrier Quality and Safety Requirements as described in 32 CFR, Part 861.3.
