- Description
- The National Institute of Standards and Technology Gaithersburg, MD, has an ongoing requirement for transformer oil sampling and analyses. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision, and equipment to provide services in accordance with the Statement of Work. The Government anticipates an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for a base period of one-year and four (4) one-year option periods. The solicitation number is SB1341-07-RP-0038. THIS REQUIREMENT IS A TOTAL SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES. THEREFORE, ALL RESPONSIBLE SMALL BUSINESSES MAY SUBMIT A PROPOSAL. The NAICS code is 541380, Testing Laboratories. This competitive procurement will be conducted using simplified acquisition procedures under the authority of FAR Part 13. The Solicitation, Request for Proposals (RFP), is anticipated for release to the vendor community on or about June 21, 2007 and will only be available via the internet at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. The RFP, all attachments, RFP amendments, and questions and answers related to the procurement shall only be available via the Internet. Potential offerors are responsible for accessing the website. Interested parties must respond to the solicitation in order to be considered for award of any resultant contract. There is no written solicitation available. Telephone requests will not be honored and no bidders list will be maintained. Potential offerors are requested to direct all questions via email to Robin.Jeffries@nist.gov.
