- The USDA, Agriculture Research Services (ARS) requires services and materials to upgrade, repair and alter its HVAC sub-systems in building 4 at the Eastern Regional Research Center, Wyndmoor, PA Work includes demolition, carpentry, mechanical, plumbing and electrical to replace the main lab building HVAC subsystems with an option to modify and add mechanical piping systems. Completion of work will be required 120 days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed given approximately 30 days after notice of award. This award is restricted to small businesses. The estimated cost of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. A set of plans will be available for review at the site by appointment only by calling 215-233-6556. All requests for copies of the solicitation must be received by 4:00 pm on July 12 2007.
