- The contractor shall be responsible for furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary to perform Elevator Maintenance services for Grand Forks AFB, ND as described in the Statement of Work. This acquisition will be done in accordance with FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items). The resulting contract will be a firm-fixed price contract using Performance Price Trade-off Procedures. The basic period will be from 1 Oct 07 Through 30 Sep 08 with the government?s option to extend four subsequent years. The current applicable NAICS code is 238290. The small business size standard is $13 million. This acquisition is set aside for Small Business concerns. Solicitation FA4659-07-R-0004 will be issued on or about 29 June 07. The entire solicitation will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fedbizopps.gov). No paper copies will be issued. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package.
