- PR No: 0015093081. SEE BAM 06-61. This solicitation contains TWO kit NSN"s for a B-1 Spoiler. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an definite quantity contract. This solicitaion contains Critical Application Item. The Kit contains 105 commercial components and 45 GFM components for 14 kits. Delivery: FOB: Destination, Inspection/Acceptance: Destination, PLT; 196 days ARO. The final award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 05 July 2007. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System (BSM DIBBS) website: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
