Description: Arnold AFB, TN has a requirement to upgrade and replace the existing 25 ton overhead traveling bridge crane. The base bid shall have a capacity of 36 tons and an auxiliary 10 ton monorail with radio controlled crane. Option I - shall have a capacity of 36 tons and an auxiliary 10 ton monorail to include cab controls in addtion to the radio controlled crane. The work shall include the demolition of the existing crane, hoist, and electrifications and the replacement with a new crane, including a new trolley and hoist the associated motors, controls, and electrification. The Estimated Performance Period is 255 calendar days notice to proceedfor contract completion following Notice to Proceed. Estimated order of magnitude is $250,000 to $500,000. FOB Destination.
