Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Electronic Proving Ground, Fort Huachuca, Arizona is soliciting proposals for the following requirement: Werlatone Model C6934-13-13 30 dB Directional Coupler, 2 Each, operates in the 0.1MHz -1000Mhz frequency range, 1502 CW; Werlatone Model C6710-13 30 dB Directional Coupler, 2 Each, which operates in the 0.1MHz -1000Mhz frequency range, 1502 CW; Variable Attenuator JFW 50 DR-001Dual Rotary Attenuator Model: JFW 50DR-001, 1 Each, a Dual Concentric 50ohm (Frequency Range 0-1000 MHZ) Attenuation Range 0-110 dB, Power 1000 Watt, RF Connectors BNC female Female, SMA female, TNC Female, Max. VSWR at 0-5 MHz 1.2:1, Max. VSWR at 500 -1000 MHz 1.4:1; JFW Industries Model JFW 50BR-03 BNC Be nch Top Manual Variable Attenuator, 2 Each, a manual variable attenuator (attenuation range 0to 110 dB) in the frequency band of 0 to 250MHz.; JFW Industries Model JFW 50C-348 SMA wideband Solid State Coaxial Switches, 4 Each, a wideband solid state coaxia l switch (switch speed 5 microseconds) in the frequency band of 5 to 2000MHZ; JFW Industries Model JFW 50PD-018 SMA Resistive Power divider /Combiner, 4 Each, a resistive power divider /combiner (configuration 4-way) in the frequency band of ) to 2000 MH z; JFW model 50FHA0-xxx-2000 Fixed Attenuator, 4 Each, 50FHAO-XXX0200 Low Cost High Power Attenuator Choose DB Value (xxx): 030 DB Fixed (Frequency Range 0-3000 MHz) Attenuation Accuracy .3 dB 0-2000Mhz to .5 dB 2000-3000 MHz, 200 Watt, Max. The NAICS code is 334515. The solicitati on is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) and will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price. All Electronic and Information Technology will be Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 compliant. The following FAR provision 52.212-1, Instruction to Offero rs Commercial items, applies to the acquisition. FAR provision 52.212-2, Evaluation of Commercial Items, applies to the acquisition (See evaluation criteria above). Offerors shall include a completed copy of FAR provision 52.212-3,Offeror Representations a nd Certifications Commercial Items, and furnish Offeror's Tax Identification Number, CAGE Code, Central Contractor Registration Number, DUNS Number, and applicable FSC Codes with its offer.
