Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Electronic Proving Ground, Fort Huachuca, Arizona is soliciting proposals for the following requirement: 1 each, RSA6114A, REAL TIME SPECTRUM ANALYZER; 9 KHZ  14 GHZ, 40 MHZ CAPTURE BW CERTIFICATE OF TRACEABLE CALIBRATION STANDARD WITH PRODUCT to include the following: 1 each, RSA6114A 06, REMOVABLE HARD DRIVE; 1 each, RSA6114A 02, FREQUENCY MASK TRIGGER / 214 MSAMPLE MEMORY EXTENSION; 1 each, RSA6114A 05, SIGNAL OUTPUT PACKAGE: 5 00 MHZ IF, DIGITAL IQ OUTPUT (LVDS); 1 each, RSA6114A 20, ADVANCED SIGNAL ANALYSIS; 1 each, RSA6114A 21, GENERAL PURPOSE MODULATION ANALYSIS; 1 each, RSA6114A 110, 110 MHZ CAPTURE BW; 1 each, RSA6114A 1R, RACKMOUNTS FOR THE RSA6114A; 1 each, RSAVU, BASIC OFFLINE ANA LYSIS SOFTWARE FOR RSA SERIES SPECTRUM ANALYZERS; 1 each, RSAVU 21, OFFLINE MODULATION ANALYSIS  BASIC DEMODULATION; 1 each, 016196300, TRANSPORT CASE; 1 each, 065075103, DRIVE ASSEMBLY WITH PACKAGING; REMOVEABLE HARD DISK DRIVE ASSY, 650496200 PROGRAMMED . FOB DESTINATION: Fort Huachuca, Arizona. Payment will be made by Government credit card under Net 30 Terms. Offers are due no later than 12 noon, Mountain Standard Time, Friday, 6 July 2007. EVALUATION CRITERIA/PROCEDURES: Offers will be evaluated based on the following best value criteria in descending order of importance: Meeting the requirement, Proposed Delivery Schedule, Past Performance, and Price. The NAICS code is 334119. The solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) and will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price. All Electronic and Information Technology will be Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 compliant. The following FAR provision 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial it ems, applies to the acquisition. FAR provision 52.212-2, Evaluation of Commercial Items, applies to the acquisition (See evaluation criteria above). Offerors shall include a completed copy of FAR provision 52.212-3,Offeror Representations and Certification s Commercial Items, and furnish Offeror's Tax Identification Number, CAGE Code, Central Contractor Registration Number, DUNS Number, and applicable FSC Codes with its offer.
