- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes ar e being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, W912JV-07-T-4010 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-02. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 423610 and the small business size standard is 100 employees. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitati on; 0001 HYPOXIC GENERATOR, HYPOXICO MODEL HYP-123, (115V/60Hz); 7600l/hr AIRFLOW, ALTITTUDEADJUSTABLE BETWEEN SEA LEVEL AND 21,000 FEET, 4 EACH. 0002 ALTITUDE TRAINER BOX ASSEMBLY TO BE USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH HYP-123 GENERATOR, 4 EACH. 0003 ALL PURPOSE MASK WITH NEOPRENE HEADSTRAP FOR USE ITH THE HIGH ALTITUDE TRAINER, 20 EACH REFERENCE F8TTST7158A001 ON YOUR QUOTE Items should be shipped 90120 Days ADC, FOB: Destination for delivery to 6801 NE Cornfoot Road, Portland Oregon 97218-2797.
