- In accordance with the procedures specified in the revised OMB Circular A-76 (Attachment B) this notification represents formal public announcement and official start date of a streamlined competition for the Office of Pollution Prevention and Toxics (OPPT) of the Environmental Protection Agency for the Information Technology and System Development services in Washington, DC. These services are currently being performed by Government personnel which include 6.36 Full Time Equivalents (FTE) and contractor support. NO SOLICITATION IS ANTICIPATED AND PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The Competitive Sourcing Official (CSO) is Luis Luna. The Contracting Officer is Richard (Dan) Medlin. The projected end date for this competition is 90 calendar days after date of this announcement.
