- NAICS Code 811310 ? Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Repair and Maintenance. Size Standard $6.5 million. The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Services, Denver Federal Center Service Center located at the Denver Federal Center in Lakewood, Colorado intends to issue a sole source modification in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 to extend Contract No. GS-08P-97-JA-C-1013 for a 4-month performance period from October 1, 2007, through January 31, 2008, at an estimated price of $297,546.72. Contractor is to furnish all material, labor, equipment, and supervision to accomplish Operations and Maintenance Services for a four (4) month extension for Buildings 56, 67, 75, 85, 85A, and 810 located at the Denver Federal Center in Lakewood, Colorado. Contractor will be responsible for all mechanical equipment and systems contained with the building envelope and adjacent/attached support structures/equipment such as boiler rooms, emergency generators, docks, dock levelers, and automatic and overhead doors as specified in the contract. Contractor is responsible for all management, administrative, and technical functions for the effective accomplishment of operation, maintenance, and repair of building equipment and systems; water treatment; operational tours; asbestos control procedures; architectural and structural maintenance; and CFC/HCFC refrigerant program. This extension is issued to facilitate continuation of services without disruption. A new solicitation has been delayed that incorporates the requirement for agency funding needed to perform work on their equipment other that the standard GSA funding used for operating the Denver Federal Center buildings. This extension will provide services without disruption for the operation of facilities of this size, number, and complexity by a firm that is familiar with the equipment. Tecom, Incorporated has been performing these services since 1997 and is fully capable of continuing to perform for the additional 4-month performance period.
