- This request for quotation (RFQ) is issued unrestricted. All non-personal hardware maintenance and repair services for Network Appliance hardware and related software located at the Hart-Dole-Inouye Federal Center, Battle Creek, Michigan. Required services include disk drive replacement, upgrade or repair. Firmware upgrade, other hardware replacement or upgrades, software upgrades, remedial troubleshooting maintenance service and associated technical support services. All parties submitting a quote must be certified by Network Appliance to repair Network Appliance hardware and softrware. Offerors shall submit a copy of their Network Appliance certification concurrently with their quotation. The required period of performance is August 1, 2007 through July 31, 2008. Inspection, acceptance, and F.O. B. point and place of performance: Destination, Battle Creek, Michigan. A Microsoft EXCEL spreadsheet is provided setting forth the RFQ bid schedule. Receipt of your quotation is required no later than Friday, July 6, 2007 at 11 a.m. Eastern Time.
