"CLASS I OZONE DEPLETING CHEMICALS ARE NOT TO BE USED NOR INCORPORATED IN ANY ITEMS TO BE DELIVERED UNDER THIS CONTRACT. THIS PROHIBITION SUPERSEDES ALL SPECIFICATION REQUIREMENTS BUT DOES NOT ALLEVIATE ANY PRODUCT REQUIREMENTS. The subject requirement is for acquisition of 1 NSN for the various end items. This proposed procurement includes an item within the Federal Supply Class 4730. See Note(s): 1, 9, and 26. The requirement will result in an award of an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order Contract for which delivery orders may be placed for five (5) years. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on 2 July 2007 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/. The scope of this contract includes the acquisition of a 1/G coded item This AMSC code implies the item was screened and found to be competitive and the data is technically suitable and legally clear. The delivery for this acquisition will be on an FOB Destination basis. The inspection/acceptance is at origin. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period four times at the discretion of the Government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. The final award decision will be based upon evaluation of price, delivery, and past performance. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set Aside.
