- Crushing and stockpiling aggregate in the Big Stump quarry on the Tiller Ranger District, Umpqua National Forest. The Government has a limited number of dollars available for this project; therefore, offerors are asked to provide number of cubic yards of crushed and stockpiled aggregate they can provide for stated dollar amount. Anticipated start work is early-October, 2007. This project is offered under PL 106-393, Secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination Act of 2000. In addition to price, offerors are required to complete a questionnaire. Award evaluation criteria include technical approach, equipment capability, use of local employees, past performance in addition to price. Award may be made without discussions. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available.
