- The USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) currently has a website called CORE TRAIN that serves Idaho and Washington employees for the purpose of providing portable Individual Development Plans (IDP). The website provides a list of all tasks, desired proficiency levels and training methods for all disciplines at all grade levels. There is also an Access Database that identifies the ?core training? for new employees. As the application has been tested during the past year there are several corrections and desired enhancements that have been identified. The initial enhancement is to make the application accessible to NRCS Oregon. The selected contractor will be responsible for the development of the enhancements and making corrections. The performance period is anticipated to be six months with the initial enhancement required within the first month. Request For Proposal (RFP) bid packages will be available on FedBizOpps on or about July 25, 2007. The due date for bids will be announced in the RFP bid package. The price range for this solicitation is between $25,000 and $50,000. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. No phone calls will be accepted.
