- Description
- USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service is announcing a project under the Emergency Watershed Protection (EWP) Program for the City of Newton, Texas. The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and incidentials required for structure removal, site preparation, excavation and placing earthfill and rock riprap at Site 237 located in Newton City park, per the specifications and drawings. The estimated price range is $100,000 to $250,000. The performance time is 46 calendar days. Sealed bids are due no later than August 6, 2007, by 2:00 pm CST, at USDA-NRCS, Attn: Kat Pinckney, 101 S Main Street, Texas 76501. The solicitation will be posted o/a July 6, 2007.
