- Description
- The government seeks a Contractor who shall provide Computed Tomography (CT) scanning services to Native American patients of the Indian Health Service (IHS-wide). Service to be established at Phoenix Indian Medical Center, 4212 North 16th Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85016. The modular building shall be located on the north side of IHS Medical Center Building, adjacent to the Emergency Room entrance. Email questions to: jaime.catron-norris@IHS.gov Dimension of designated area a minimum of: 30 linear sq. ft. X 30 linear sq. ft. The modular building must meet ALL regulatory guidelines (State, Federal, etc.), City of Phoenix building codes, National Fire Protection Association and Americans with Disabilities Act throughout the term of the contract. Entrance canopies (with storm gutters) shall be provided for all entries to minimize the effects of weather for the clientele entering the building. Walls shall have a minimum insulation value of R-20. Roof and floors shall have a minimum insulation value of R-30. Flooring shall be commercial grade, seamless throughout. Building shall have a means of ventilating for air decontamination, upon demand. All infrastructure (electrical, telecom, IT, HVAC, plumbing) shall be sized appropriately for the occupancy. Interior lighting shall be fluorescent, high efficiency with dimming controls in patient care areas. Exterior lighting shall be high efficiency, with dusk to dawn sensors, and sufficiently illuminate entrance areas. Building shall be equipped with battery powered emergency lighting and illuminated exit signage to comply with fire code.
