- Provide Closing Agent Services for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on HUD-owned single-family properties (1-4 units) located in the State Arizona. HUD intends to award one indefinite quantity-fixed-price purchase order under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) not to exceed $75,000. Performance is for an initial period of one year with two additional one-year options. Volume is estimated at 200 closings. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) is Set-Aside for Small Business Concerns. Quotations from Large Businesses will not be accepted. The North American Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541191, Title Abstract and Settlement Offices, and Size Standard is $6.5 million.
