- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541191. This requirement is being solicited unrestricted. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Central Office Business Office is seeking firm fixed quotes from qualified entities to provide title and closing services for land and minerals for up to 20 parcels. Information identifying specific parcels and related ownership maps will be made available upon email request only, to ddharris@bop.gov or mbodine@bop.gov .This information will not be available through FedBizOpps. These documents will be in .pdf format. No other format will be made available. In addition, contractor will be required to provide a single title insurance policy (ALTA U.S. Owners Policy 9/28/91) in an amount not to exceed $1,000,000.00 for land and minerals located in Pickens County, Alabama.
