- This is a notice of intent of the Dayton VAMC Acquisition Group, Dayton, Ohio to negotiate a sole source contract with Hastings Home Health Center, Cleveland, Ohio who is classified as a small business under NAICS code 532291 with small business size standard of $6.5M. Services will include delivery and pick-up of Home Oxygen Equipment/Supplies, On-Site Electrical Safety Testing, Labor Repair, Warehouse Storage, and Emergency Delivery Service. Period of performance will be from July 14, 2007 through December 30, 2007. The Government believes that only one responsible source can provide the services that will satisfy the agency requirements. Other persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by 4:00 p.m., July 11, 2007. A determination by the Contracting Officer not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notices is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. All inquiries must be submitted in writing with "Home Oxygen" in the subject line; telephone inquiries will not be accepted, nor responses received after the close time/date.
