Description

SCOPE OF SERVICES: CONTRACTOR shall provide Electroencephalograph Technologist Services at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System, 3801 Miranda Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304. It's estimated that 20 inpatients and 60 outpatient's procedures will be performed yearly. Procedures for services will be coordinated through Contracting Officer Technical Representative. Telephone request will NOT be accepted. All questions must be submitted in writing, questions may be faxed to Lupe Arroyo, 650 849-0332 or emailed mail to lupe.arroyo@va.gov. Solicitations shall be mailed to Lupe Arroyo, Contracting Officer 90/CCA, Bldg. 6, Room C-136, Palo Alto, CA 94304. All solicitations shall be received in the issuing office no later than July 19, 2007 with NO EXCEPTIONS. Electronic solicitations may be obtained free at the following URL: http://www.fbo.gov/. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the same URL addresses. All EEG Techs will be required to undergo a low-risk background investigation in accordance with the schedule, terms and conditions of the contract. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. NAICS codes 622111 and size standard of $8.5 million dollars.
