- Pre-Solicitation: The VA Western New York Healthcare System is soliciting for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses to provide labor, supervision, equipment, materials and supplies necessary for the replacement of approximately 1350 square yards of carpeting at the following facilities in VISN 2; Western New York Healthcare System, 3495 Bailey Ave. Buffalo, NY 14215, Batavia Medical Center, 222 Richmond Ave., Batavia, NY 14020, and the Community-based Out Patient Clinic (CBOC), 465 North Union St. Olean NY 14760. This will be a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside. The NAICS Code is 238330-Flooring Contractor and the size standard is $13.0 million.
