- Description
- ACC AMIC/PKA, Newport News, VA intends to award a brand name sole source, contract to Precision Products Inc. for two (2) HMMWV Egress Assistance Trainers (HEAT). The contract will include all training, installation, maintenance and testing. Currently, Precision Products Inc. is the only known supplier. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This procurement is authorized IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c )(1). No solicitation document exists. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement via email to kyle.covell@langley.af.mil before 4:00 p.m. EST, 9 Jul 2007. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
