- OFFADD: 6 CONS/LGCA 2606 Brown Pelican Ave., MacDill AFB, FL. 33621-5000 SUBJECT: Court Reporter Services DUE: 10 July 2007, 1000 EST. POC: A1C Melissa Messier, Contract Specialist, Phone: (813) 828-7479; Fax (813) 828-3389, Email: melissa.messier@macdill.af.mil DESC: 6 MDSS/SGSL at MacDill Air Force Base, FL is requesting a quote for Court Reporter Services. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). Contractor will provide all labor, tools and materials necessary to perfom to following: Court Reporting Service for a hearing. Period of performance will be from Monday 30 July 2007 to Friday 3 August 2007. Services are required for 8 hours per day for the 5 days. Hours will be from 0800 to 1700 with a 1 hour lunch break. Overtime is not anticipated. The contractor is to provide the orginal transcript and 2 copies to include all exhibits within 2 weeks of the last day of the hearing. The contractor is to provide his or her own court reporting equipment. I am requesting a quote to include the attendence fee per hour and the charge per page of the transcript. Please also provide your DUNS/ CAGE code on your quote. This solicitation is set aside for small business competition. Quotes can be emailed to A1C Melissa Messier at: melissa.messier@macdill.af.mil. Any vendors requesting information, and would like to respond with the ability to provide equivalent products, the specifications for these products could be asked for to determine if they meet the requirement. Firms responding to this RFQ are asked to provide the following information in their initial response: company?s full name, business size, DUNS/CAGE Codes, GSA #, address, point of contact, and a clear indication as to whether or not they can provide the item the government is seeking. Final responses to this RFQ will be due on 10 July 2007, 1000 EST. Responses will be reviewed and may result in further clarifications to further explore commercial capabilities with selected respondents. As industry may expect to see portions of submitted information in future solicitations, portions of the response containing proprietary information should be clearly marked as such. Information submitted will not be returned to the respective respondents. Oral submissions of information are not acceptable and will not be accepted in response to this notice.
