This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quote are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is FA5215-07-Q-0009 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DCN) 2007-0314 and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2007-0327. Quotes are being solicited on a brand name or equal basis. Specifications must be submitted if quoting on or equal items. This procurement is being issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423850 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This combined synopsis and solicitation is for the purchase of a MSA Firehawk products P/N 133371, P/N 124614 and P/N 124608. Pricing shall be FOB destination. BRAND NAME or EQUAL for the 15 CES/CEX Hickam AFB with the following requirements: CLIN 0001: MSA Firehawk RESP SCBA CBRN HP HARN PUSH; P/N 133371 Quantity: 6 Ea. CLIN 0002: MSA Firehawk SCBA W/CBRN PROTECTION, STEALTH H-60 2-C; P/N 124614 Quantity: 6 Ea. CLIN 0003: MSA Firehawk SCBA HARD CASE, P/N 124608 Quantity: 6 Ea. CLIN 0004: Shipping Costs associated with delivery of Materials & Equipment (CLIN 0001, 0002, & 0003) to Hickam AFB, Hawaii. Quantity: 1 Ea. This requirement is for the item(s) described above.
