- U.S. Army Developmental Test Command (USADTC) Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), MD has a requirement for support of the Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) Business Development Office (BDO). Services will provide technical expertise needed to staff a fully functional Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) Business Development Office (BDO). The primary objectives of the APG BDO are to attract industry and other potential customers to APG and satellite organizations; act as a single point of contact to APG for the bus iness community; provide mechanism for the integrated pursuit of business opportunities by tenant activities; maintain a database of core APG capabilities, competencies, and facilities; support official APG public affairs and public relations activities in an advisory role. Contract will be for a base year with four one-year option periods.
