- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Dugway Proving Ground, Directorate of Contracting is soliciting quotes for the purchase and delivery of LifeShirt Team Kit for the West Desert Test Center located at U.S. Army, Dugwa y Proving Ground, Utah installation. This combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items and services: (CLIN 0001) LifeShirt Team Kit for Area RAE Network. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written o ffers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ W911S6-07-T-0070. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). North American Industrial Classification Standard 334519 (500 employees) applies to this procurement.
