- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposal s are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Best Value RFQ using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the Test Program at Subpart 13.5. PLEASE NOTE: THIS REQUIREMENT MUST BE EMAILED TO FORT CARS ON, COLORADO,edmond.rowan@us.army.mil, NLT 1200 PM MDLST 09 JULY 2007. The Government intends to award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforming to the synopsis/solicitation will be the most advantageous to the government based on the best val ue. Offers to this RFQ will be evaluated based on Availability of the requested requirement, Delivery time and Price considerations with all factors being equal. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect thr ough Federal Acquisition Circular 2004-25. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Lean Lift Vertical Lift Hanel Storage Systems Module, 2460-82542 or equal. Unit HT 215.90inch, Unit Width 109.70inch, Unit Depth 110.60inch, Ht of work surface 35.00inch, Clear Ht of access opening 28.74inch, Each unit has the capacity of 118 possible pan storage locations. Pan spacing 2.95inch, Max pan spacing 29.50inch. Pans are galvanized/unslotted. Payload capacity 44,000 lbs. Pan payload capacity 550 lbs max, MP12D-S control panel attached at side of each unit.ea. CLIN 0002. 1 EA. MP100D Central Control or equal MP100D Central control to group all four lean lift units together with a central control system. CLIN 0003. 1 EA. Installation of Lean Lift and Central Control Box Installation by Hanel of the four unit Lean Lift and central control box. CLIN 0004. 1 EA. Electrical Hook Up of Vertical Lift System Hook up electrical to Ft Carson provided outlets. CLIN 0005. SET. Storage Bins, Pan Dividers, and Accessories Accessories: Additional storage bins, pan dividers, and accessories to out fit lean lift system. Each storage pan will include the necessary longitudinal and cross dividers necessary to create individual storage compartments 6inch wide x 6.5inch deep x 5inch high. Dividers are to be constructed from galvanized steel to match the storage pans. All dividers are to be approximately 5inch high and be in held in place by a four sided 5inch tall slotted frame attachment. Responses are due 091200 Jul 2007 (MST).
