- Under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-3, and utilizing FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures the U.S. Army RDECOM - Natick Contracting Division, Kansas Street, Natick , MA on behalf of the United States Army Soldier System Center, Natick, MA intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis with Hanson Group LLC. This effort is to provide the Government with QU-19 Flat Plaques for testing and evalu ation purposes. Therefore the contract will be awarded to Hanson Group LLC, 340 Hurst Bourne Lane, STE 210, Duluth, GA 30097-7824.
