This requirement is a Base Year Plus 2 100% Options Contract, applicable to the CH-47 Airframe, with deliveries to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Authority cited: Statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition for this requirement is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), as implemented by paragraphs 6.302-1 of the Federal Ac quisition Regulation (FAR) entitled-only one responsible source or only a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This acquisition will be issued to The Boeing Company, Cage code: 77272. Al l responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request (SAR) for Aviation requirements.
