- *This is not a Solicitation! The United States Army Communications Electronics Lifecycle Management Command (C-E LCMC), Acquisition Center, ATTN: AMSEL-AC-CC-RT-L, Building 1208, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5008, intends to solicit and procure a Five-Yea r Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract utilizing Sealed Bidding procedures for the purchase of Image Intensifier Housing p/o AN/PVS-7A (NSN: 5855-01-263-7669). The following information provides total year dat a with range breakout. The Government guarantees a minimum buy of $150,000.00 to be awarded with a quantity ceiling set at 15,000 units. The specified ranges of the Image Intensifier Housing will apply to all five (5) years of this contract as follows. Quantities may vary due to demand. Range A 500-1,500, Range B 1501-4,000, Range C 4001-5000, The Government is providing the following baseline schedules for Image Intensifier Housing p/o AN/PVS-7A (NSN: 5855-01-263-7669) , within 180 days after contract award, at a rate of 500 each per month; thereafter until completion. This procurement will be competed under Full and Open Competition. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 334511 and the small business standard is 750 empl oyees. The solicitation number is W15P7T-07-B-T201. Packaging will be in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and any additional provided specifications/ drawings. The shipments shall be FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. The s olicitation will be issued on or around 6 July 2007.
