- US Army Communication-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (CE-LCMC) plans to award a contract modification for a $64 Million ceiling increase to contract number W15P7T-05-D-J222 with Engineering Solutions and Products Inc., 4 Industrial Way, Ea tontown, NJ 07724, pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) One Responsible Source (Reference: Justification & Approval for Other Than Full & Open Competition Control Number 07-137). This action increases the current ceiling to $198M Million on the Force XXI Battle Command Brigade and Below/Blue Force Tracking (FBCB2/BFT) Global Support Services contract. The ordering ceiling of Contract Number W15P7T-05-D-J222 will be reached sooner than anticipated due to a significant increase in Operation En during Freedom (OEF) and Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) requirements. The contracts original acquisition planning was based on lower anticipated demand however due to increase demand the ceiling is being increased to address near term requirements. An A cquisition Requirements Package (ARP) is currently in development for a follow-on competitive contract for FBCB2/BFT Global Support Services. Solicitation Number W15P7T-07-R-J414 is assigned to this action for reference purposes, there are no solicitation documents.
