- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. A written solicita tion will be issued. The Government anticipates awarding a contract for the purchasing of 33 Trackhoe mats and 250 Road mats for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District. This action is unrestricted, NAICS Code 321999. The solicitation will be po sted on or about July 2, 2007 at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi-click on contracting opportunities search, enter W912EQ% in the solicitation number, click on the solicitation number, at the bottom for the next screen click on attachments, click on the p df file and the solicitation will opening up. The offer due date is July 9, 2007 @ 12:00 p.m. central standard time. Quotes may be submitted in hard copy or electronically, either through regular mail, email, or by facsimile. Regardless of the method of de livery, it is the offerors responsibility to ensure receipt of the quote(s) by the time and date stated herein.
