Description: 1. Howard Hanson Dam, Black Diamond, Washington. Site is approximately 4.75 miles from the Tacoma Headworks on Watershed Rd. Access is through a controlled gate. 2. DESCRIPTION: All work shall be conducted according to the attached plans. The Contractor shall drill and install 18 anchor bolts and plates to secure the wire mesh. The overlap in the wire mesh shall be wire tied the vertical length of each section.
