- THIS PROJECT INCLUDES EXCAVATION OF OVERBURDEN ALONG THE COWSKIN CREEK (approximately 300,000 cy), AND MOVING IT TO A SPOIL AREA. CONSTRUCTION OF VARIOUS CONCRETE STRUCTURES AND RIP RAP WORK. ALSO, INCLUDED IS CLEARING, GRUBBING, TURFING AND GRAVEL ACCESS ROAD. NOTE: Plans and Specifications will be ready on or about 16 JUL 07.
