- The USACE, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), has a need for an Ultrasonic Internal Rail Flaw Testing System. This device is used to nondestructively evaluate railroad tracks, by automatically detecting and recording internal rail flaw data at a rate of at least 5 miles per hour. IN ADDITION TO A QUOTED PRICE, EACH VENDOR MUST PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION OF THEIR ABILITY TO MEET THE SPECIFICATIONS FOR THIS REQUIREMENT. INFORMATION MAY INCLUDE, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO: PAMPHLETS, BROCHURES & OTHER WRITTEN OR PRINTED LITERATURE EXPLAINING THE EQUIPMENT PROPOSED. Detailed specifications will be available on the FedBizOpps website at https://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 03 July 2007. Hardcopies will not be available.
