This is the US Fish and Wildlife Services notice of intent to issue a single source award to Wildwing located out of Atascadero, CA to continue the biological monitoring and database updating for the Federally Threatenend western snowy plover nesting activities at the Guadalupe-Nipomo Dunes National Wildlife Refuge. This award will be a base year with 4 option years. For continuity of information and follow on monitoring in accordance with the Services Section 10(a)(1)(A) Recover Permit for the western snowy plover.
