- The MMS is soliciting routine information technology services to accomplish duplication of pre-millennial mainframe cartridge tapes on site at the Denver Federal Center, Lakewood, CO. Minerals Revenue Management (MRM) requires one (1) exact bit-by-bit copy of approximately 8,773 3940E tapes. Original tapes may not be removed from the location and work must be performed on site at the Denver Federal Center, Lakewood CO. The contractor will complete the duplication of the approximate 8773 legacy tapes, provide an inventory of original to copied tapes, a log of any problems reading or copying the originals, technical documentation of the equipment and software used, and the process used for copying. The contractor shall provide all equipment, supplies, personnel, supervision and quality control to complete this project. Potential bidders on this tape duplication project are encouraged to visit the Denver Federal Center at their own expense to examine the legacy tapes and to view the physical setting where the work of duplicating these tapes would take place.
