- Description
- The National Park Service is seeking a contractor to furnish all materials,labor, transportation and equipment necessary to perform the reahbilitation of 2148 linear feet of 3 feet wide trail, the recommended method of transporting backfill soils and aggregate is mechanized track power barrows. Materials need to be tamped. Installation of cedar checks and water bars; steps constructed of native stone and cedar; stabilizing and constructing retaining walls; stabilize switchbacks. Cyclic maintenance to be performed on 1672 linear feet of 3 feet wide trail; grading of existing trail tread; cleaning of water bars and trimming brush; cleaning out natural drainages and swales to provide for outlet across trail tread; replace existing water bars with cedar. Magnitude of this project is between $25,000 to $100,000. Procurement is being conducted as a 100% HUBZone set aside. The applicable NAICS code for this project is 237990 with a size standard of $31.0 million. This notice is not the solicitation. The solicitation package will be available on or about July 17, 2007.
