- The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Division intends to procure on a sole source basis from Ted Childs LLC of South Salem, NY services to advise the Navy on effectively formulating and implementing a long-term workforce diversity program. The resultant contract is anticipated to commence 3 Aug 07 through 2 Aug 08 and include 2, 12 month options. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated.
