- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13.5 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a Request for Proposal is hereby issued and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Reference Number is N6873307RQ55001 and closes on July 9, 2007. The RFP and incorporated clauses and provisions are those in full affect through FAC 2005-12 and class deviation DFAR Change Notice 2005-0621. The Fleet Industrial Supply Center- Jacksonville, FL is announcing the requirement for Motorola Radio Parts per the attached schedule. It has been determined only Motorola Radio Parts are acceptable. Offers offering other than Motorola Parts will not be considered. Parts have been separated for GSA Schedule and Open Market pricing. The following clauses will apply to open market pricing. IMPORTANT NOTICE: DFARS 252-204-7004 Alt A Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required and applies to all solicitations issued on/after 6-1-98. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award of a contract/purchase order. Please ensure compliance with this regulation when submitting your quote.
