- ****IMPORTANT INFORMATION PLEASE CONTACT GLENDA MORGAN FOR TECHNICAL QUESTION,QUOTES, OR ANY INFORMATION CONCERNING THIS SOLICITATION****** NASA/MSFC has a requirement for a renewal of 1 ea Software License for CFD-ACE including CFD-GEOM and CFD-View. NASA/MSFC intends to purchase the items from CFD Research Corporation on a Sole Source Basis. Market research shows that CFD-ACE was developed by ESI Corporation and is the only distributed through CFD Research Corporation. CFD guarantees local support and expertise through engineers at CFDRC. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to the identified point of contact no later than 4:00 p.m. local time on July 3, 2007. Such responses will evaluated solely for the purpose of detemining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon repsoneses to this notice, is soley within the discretion of the government.
