Description: The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) seeks to increase the level-of-effort under Contract No. PBGC01-CT-05-0730 with Watkins, Meegan, Drury & Company LLC. Under the contract, Watkins, Meegan, Drury & Company LLC provides professional accounting services in assisting PBGC's management in accomplishing its internal control program under OMB A-123 reporting requirements. An increase in hours for Option Year 2 thru Option Year 4 is necessary to provide additional services for the internal control program. Watkins, Meegan, Drury & Company LLC is uniquely qualified to perform these additional services in a timely manner and without interruption. See Note 22.
