- ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS FOR HSCG23 07 R PBF006 1. Will personnel being trained be enlisted personnel, civil service personnel, or a combination? Answer to Question 1: Enlisted personnel. 2. On average, what is the level of experience of personnel that will be trained? a. Primarily flight line/on-aircraft maintenance experience? b. Intermediate level/off-aircraft maintenance experience? Answer to Question 2: Average of 1 year aviation experience. 3. Is it the Coast Guard?s intention that all subjects listed in sections 3.1 ? 3.6 be taught in a single 2 week course? Answer to Question 3: Yes. 4. Would the Coast Guard be receptive to modularized training? Meaning a combination of 3.1 ? 3.7 elements but not all in a single 2 week course? Answer to Question 4: No. 5. Ideally ? should training be designed for an intermediate maintenance technician or a flight line maintenance technician? Answer to Question 5: Both. 6. Section 4.0 states ? except for Government furnished property. What GFP could reasonably be provided? Answer to Question 6: No additional government furnished property is anticipated at this time.
